2. Well we will rarely buy 40 litres of milk/bottled water/juice/coffee/paint/ink or shampoo every 2nd week (each week for those that drive a 4WD).

   I think I got the issue confused though when writing it – the complaint I hear constantly is that “ohhh a bottle of water costs more than a litre of petrol!!!!!!!” but then so do so many other things… A bottle of water costs more than a litre of milk, too. Probably should have been “things which cost less than water” or sommat…
